Frequently Asked Questions
Why is XYCue not detecting movement?
Check that motion or sensor permissions are enabled where applicable. Place the device on a stable surface, then restart XYCue and try again.
Why does the measurement seem inaccurate?
Open Settings > Calibration and recalibrate XYCue on a known level surface. Keep the device still while calibration completes.
Why don't I hear Voice Cue?
- Make sure Voice Cue is enabled on the measurement screen.
- Turn up the device volume.
- Check silent mode and other audio settings as appropriate for your device.
Why do I still see ads?
Free users may see ads. If you purchased the lifetime ad-free upgrade, open the purchase or upgrade area and choose Restore Purchase if necessary.
How do I restore my purchase?
Open XYCue, go to the purchase or upgrade area, and choose Restore Purchase while signed into the same Apple ID or Google Play account used for the original purchase. Apple purchases restore through Apple, and Google Play purchases restore through Google Play.
